The guide provides an updated selection of examination papers from substantive criminal law and procedural criminal law processed at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc, which were assigned to students in previous years. The seventh edition has been expanded to include 72 examination papers. Each paper contains a description of the factual situation, questions related to it, and their complete solutions. The assignments and solutions of the examination papers correspond to the legal state as of February 1, 2022. Some cases are supplemented with illustrative examples. The book is a useful study aid for students of all law faculties.
