The publication is the first Czech guide focused on property valuation in special cases. The author draws from his many years of expert practice and offers practical solutions to appraisal tasks that arise in connection with the valuation of easements, building rights, constructions on foreign land, defects on real estate, non-commercial land and buildings, or building renovations that have not yet been methodically processed in professional literature. The explanation is based on the amendment to the Property Valuation Act by Act No. 237/2020 Coll., which changed the method of valuing certain types of property. A unique tool is also the overview of the development of land rents, residential and non-residential spaces from 1990 to 2020.
