Dějiny kodifikace soukromého práva v českých zemích – Horák Ondřej (2022)

The textbook provides an explanation of the development, personalities, and sources of inspiration for the codification of general private law in the Czech lands from the Middle Ages to the present, as well as an overview of the history of domestic civil law in a broader (territorial) context. The authors aim to bring closer the Central European civil law tradition and the significance of a historical-comparative approach. The textbook is intended for the study of legal and historical fields.
