Description
During the election weekend of October 7–10, 2021, the twenty-ninth constitutional law field seminar of the Faculty of Law at Charles University took place in Pec pod Sněžkou. This collection emerged from it, containing thirteen student contributions. The contributions primarily focus on issues related to the electoral system, the analysis of the Czech Constitutional Court's ruling from February 2021 and the subsequent electoral reform, as well as electoral districts, electoral quotas, voter turnout, sliding mandates, and the problems of elections in Armenia, Spain, and the USA.
