The seventh edition of the popular publication provides a detailed commentary on individual provisions of the Act on Road Communications, prepared according to the legal status as of September 1, 2021. The new edition has been supplemented with all amendments to the Act on Road Communications that have come into effect since the last edition, as well as new case law from administrative courts, including the Supreme Administrative Court. Furthermore, the commentary has been overall updated and adjusted according to current administrative practices in the field of road communications law and according to the latest conclusions of legal theory.
