Description
The second, updated edition of the commentary on the Building Act contains its text effective as of June 1, 2020. The commentary conveys the long-standing professional experience of a renowned authorial team with the application of the law as well as insights from judicial practice. It focuses primarily on ambiguities and contentious issues that arise during the application of the law. A detailed interpretation of individual provisions is linked with relevant case law from the Supreme Administrative Court, regional courts, and the Constitutional Court, as well as methodological opinions from the Ministry for Regional Development, opinions from the Public Defender of Rights, and conclusions from the advisory board of the Minister of the Interior regarding the Administrative Procedure Code.
