Description
The fifth edition of the popular so-called 'court templates' follows the previous edition from 2014 (led by the author collective Marta Škárová). The text has been updated both formally - the templates comply with the formal requirements of court decisions as expressed in the Ministry of Justice instruction No. 4/2017 dated October 23, 2017, ref. No. 12/2017-OJD-ORG-36 - and substantively, in light of legislative changes that have occurred since 2014. This includes court decisions, including judgments and resolutions on the merits, procedural resolutions, and other court actions, such as notifications, confirmations, etc. The leadership of the author collective has been taken over by Michal Králík, a judge of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic, and the expanded author collective consists of renowned judges operating at all levels and significant figures in legal practice. The templates in electronic form can be downloaded from the website using a unique code attached to the book and freely edited according to the needs of each reader.
