The fourth updated and supplemented edition of the publication is processed according to the legal status as of July 1, 2019. It reflects the amendments to the administrative code (most recently by Act No. 176/2018 Coll.) and presents new case law that has been expanded or enriched with additional interesting legal opinions. Individual provisions of the law are accompanied by detailed interpretative notes, and where instructive, they are supplemented with explanatory reports. The notes are conceived as a more concentrated interpretative view of the content of the regulation in the administrative code, which will allow readers to navigate the administrative code more readily. A significant part of the interpretation includes citations from legal principles of judicial case law and also from the conclusions of the advisory board of the Minister of the Interior regarding the administrative code. User-friendliness is enhanced by a substantive index. The book is primarily intended for public administration officials, but it can also serve as a source of information for other individuals who find themselves in regimes regulated by the administrative code, so-called on the 'other side', as well as for their representatives.
