Description
We encounter the concept of secrecy in a legal sense surprisingly often in everyday life. This unique publication presents the legal regulation of the institute of secrecy in the area of Czech private and public law. In 11 chapters, it discusses the obligations that individuals and institutions have in connection with the protection of secrecy, as well as the rights that arise in connection with the protection of secrecy, and the means by which these rights can be enforced.
