The publication contains a collection of examination papers that were assigned at the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc as part of the labor law course. The individual assignments of the examination papers map selected key areas of individual and collective labor law and allow students to practically verify the knowledge acquired through their studies. A comprehensive solution is provided for each examination paper, reflecting the inseparable connection between the Labor Code and the Civil Code.
