The monograph comprehensively addresses the issue of protecting the social rights of minors in private law. After an introductory general characterization of the concept of social rights and the status of minors in private law relationships, the author focuses primarily on the scope of protection of the social rights of young employees during dependent work and provides an overview of specifics and differences, such as the use of flexible forms of employment for minors, remote work and work outside the employer's premises, limits on sending young employees on business trips, the performance of student internships, the status of young employees as leading employees, and the activities of professional athletes. In conclusion, the author includes de lege ferenda notes on the regulation of certain provisions of the Labor Code. The book is intended primarily for the professional legal community, but can also be utilized by experts in personnel and management practice.
