Description
The monograph deals with preliminary decisions in administrative judiciary, which are excluded from the review activities of administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court due to their temporary or preliminary nature. In the first part, the author outlines the development of administrative judiciary in our territory and places the construction of competence exclusions within it. In the second part, the author specifically works with individual types of preliminary decisions (including decisions on the issuance of preliminary measures and decisions on suspensive effect) as competence exclusions. The work points out practical application problems of the valid and effective legal regulation and attempts to offer solutions.
