Description
The monograph aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the legal regulation of the individual rights and obligations of the victim during criminal proceedings in the pre-trial phase in the conditions of the Slovak Republic. The author points out the existence of application problems in the procedure before the initiation of criminal prosecution and in the preparatory proceedings, which manifest most markedly when using specific institutes, and will offer effective solutions in the form of reflections de lege lata and proposals de lege ferenda.
