The practical course serves to actively practice the material covered in the study of public international law. The structure of the practical course reflects the individual areas of public international law as they are taught at Czech and Slovak universities.

The exercises themselves take the form of questions with varying degrees of difficulty and shorter assignments aimed at practicing a specific aspect of the issue. Each chapter also includes graphical representations and overviews that facilitate the understanding and memorization of certain institutes of international law.
Correct solutions to all questions and exercises are provided in the second part of the publication.
The third part of the workbook contains comprehensive exam cases. An introductory methodological chapter is included, offering students (and instructors) guidance on how to approach exam papers, emphasizing the specifics of solving cases from international law. The assignments are supplemented with a basic outline for solutions.
