The commentary contains a detailed interpretation of the new legal regulation of apartment co-ownership according to the new Civil Code. The author, who has long been engaged in the issue of ownership housing, justifies his conclusions from the perspective of his practical experiences as well as from the perspective of the fundamental, generally applicable principles of the new legal regulation. He explains new legal terms, analyzes the legal aspects of the establishment of apartment co-ownership as a special form of ownership, and the subsequent functioning of the owners' association, including the competencies of the individual bodies of the association.
