Description
A participant in the student strike of November 1989 describes the era of real socialism and its demise through memories of his childhood and youth. The book offers a glimpse into the ontogenesis of an individual raised by the propaganda of a totalitarian regime, who comes to the conviction that a system based on lies will ultimately collapse from within. At the same time, the author critiques the development of society over the past more than one hundred years, justifying his conservative views and warning against modern trends that lead away from values he considers timeless. He sees the path to a solution in the restoration of the monarchy.
