Description
As inspiration for the twenty-eight stories in the book Green Tears, the author drew not only from personal experiences but also from some anecdotes of his hunting and forestry friends, with whom he shared a common passion for practicing hunting as a lifestyle. From all of them, the author's love for nature is palpable, as is the desire to humbly accept the gifts it offers to anyone who selflessly seeks them. After reading all the lines, the reader will more easily understand how closely related the virtuous tones of halali in celebration of a successful hunt are to a psalm as an expression of sorrow over the end or loss of something that will never return. And it is precisely these moments that accompany, even for the men in green, tears welling up in their eyes, sometimes from joy and other times from grief.
