In the book 'Hunting Mornings', I describe my experiences from our beautiful Drahanská Highlands. Many of them I experienced in the early mornings when the forest awakens. It is precisely in those moments that a hunter can see a bird or other game that he has never spotted before. Our beautiful forests always have some surprises for us. I have witnessed fierce battles between deer, life-and-death struggles of over a hundred-kilogram boars, and I have also spotted a falcon, which is rarely found in our area. I consider it extraordinary luck when I can bend down to the surface of a forest stream, scoop its pure flowing water into my hands, and drink. These are the beauties of the Drahanská Highlands.
