Description
In this slim book, I have tried, apart from describing hunts, to draw attention to some of the ills of our time, such as the issue of fanatical protection of certain species of animals that do not need protection and are starting to cause harm (cormorant, beaver). Furthermore, there is the issue of bark beetles not only in Šumava and the utterly senseless destruction of mountain pines in the high parts of the Jeseníky. Finally, even the chamois in the Jeseníky was in danger, and its issue was addressed in the Parliament of the Czech Republic.
