Description
This book deals with a child's adaptation upon entering kindergarten, viewed from the perspective of attachment theory. Adapting to kindergarten is a significant challenge for both the child and their family, representing a considerable change in many ways. In the book, we present a specific proposal for an adaptation program, the process of creating it, and also the tools that can be used during adaptation. Theoretical concepts are illustrated with case studies and are also related to legislative sources that regulate the functioning of kindergartens. The publication is primarily intended for kindergarten teachers. It will also be useful for parents or students of secondary, higher vocational, and universities preparing to work with preschool children.
