Description
The publication demonstrates through practical activities how various areas of development in preschool-aged children can be enhanced using methods of dramatic education. Individual sections of the publication focus on classic Czech fairy tales, environmental themes, or activities to develop the communicative skills of preschool children. Dramatic education methods are one of the best ways to meet the requirements of contemporary preschool education, as they allow children to learn based on their own experiences, emotions, sensory exploration, and direct activity. This learning occurs in the form of play, which is closest to preschool children. The publication is intended for kindergarten teachers, as well as students of pedagogical schools.
