The theme of the workbook is holidays and the adventures that children can experience at camp. Children develop their reading literacy through questions for which they seek answers. They also look for connections between the information they acquire, thus applying their knowledge for practical use. This workbook focuses on practicing the material about verbs, person, number, and mood. The workbook is part of a set of 6 workbooks designed for all 3rd and 4th-grade students to practice the Czech language curriculum. The workbooks develop basic skills in an interesting and motivating way, which are important for successfully mastering the educational area of Language and Language Communication. Through them, children practice individual language phenomena and rules, but above all, they develop their ability to understand text, think about it, and perceive what they read in the context of real life. All activities thus appropriately build on school education according to the RVP ZV, with an emphasis on developing communication competencies. The workbooks offer an optimal volume of activities and, due to the attainability of successfully mastering tasks, support the child's positive motivation.
