Description
The book describes twenty medical processes from the author's own legal practice, some of which are well-known in the media, such as the case of heparin murders, the machete attack on a psychiatrist, or the false statement made to a patient about a malignant disease, and the judicial aftermath of these cases. Another ten cases are from the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic and the Constitutional Court. The described processes occurred recently – between 1992 and 2020.
