Jana Koubková is one of the leading figures in our jazz music. Rhythm is extremely important to her, as is playfulness and improvisation. She enjoys playing with words, with the Czech language, with phrasing, and in this book, she encourages readers to try it their way and not be afraid to rhythmize and invent.
