Description
This Czech-language publication reflects the major changes made in June 2026 to two fundamental laws: the Act on the Residence of Foreign Nationals in the Czech Republic, with 35 amendments, and the Asylum Act, with 185 amendments. It newly includes selected European asylum regulations supplementing Czech legislation, as well as the Visa Code, regulations concerning the employment of foreign nationals, and the Geneva Convention relating to the Status of Refugees. A chapter covers the legal regulation of relations with Ukrainian citizens in connection with the war in Ukraine, along with Czech citizenship law. In total, the publication presents an up-to-date collection of 34 legal regulations. All amendments are clearly marked in bold, and references to related regulations are cited in full.
