This Czech-language publication contains regulations divided into five chapters: credit institutions; financial conglomerates; the Czech National Bank; recovery and resolution procedures on the financial market; and building savings. Since the previous edition, major changes have been made to the laws on banks and credit unions, as well as to legislation concerning building savings, the Czech National Bank, financial conglomerates, and recovery and resolution procedures on the financial market. Several decrees have also been amended. Newly included are the Act on the Market in Non-performing Loans and the Act on the National Development Bank.
