Description
From 2026, a new law on the unified monthly employer report is in force. The law introduces a single electronic filing through which employers collectively fulfil their reporting and record-keeping obligations concerning themselves and their employees towards the relevant state authorities. Details of how the law is to be implemented are set out in a government regulation. Both regulations are included in this new publication from the ÚZ edition. The contents are in Czech.
