Description
This Czech-language publication contains a collection of 43 current regulations covering implementing provisions of the Labour Code, employment, the Labour Office, integration social enterprises, trade unions, collective bargaining, employer insolvency, labour inspections, and regulations governing the circumstances of Ukrainian citizens. The regulations include provisions on obstacles to work, working hours, holidays, compensation for occupational injuries and diseases, damages, employer liability insurance, the minimum wage, and related matters. Numerous recent and forthcoming amendments to the Employment Act and the Labour Inspection Act are incorporated into the text. All amended passages are highlighted in bold. An edition of regulations concerning the employer’s uniform monthly reporting is in preparation.
