Description
Starting from July 2025 and January 2026, there will be significant changes to the road traffic law (licenses for driving specific groups of motor vehicles, conditions for reporting traffic accidents, health examinations for seniors, drivers' obligations during technical inspections, powers of the newly established Transport Inspection) and the law on driving schools will also change. At the same time, the regulation on traffic rules on public roads is being amended (including clarifications of certain traffic signs and new signs), the regulation on medical fitness to drive motor vehicles, the regulation on technical road inspections, and the regulation on driving licenses. All amended parts of the texts are highlighted in bold; references to related regulations are fully cited.
