The publication contains a current set of 43 regulations, which are divided into the following chapters: implementing regulations of the Labor Code (obstacles at work, working hours, vacation, compensation for work-related injuries and occupational diseases, reimbursements, employer liability insurance, and more), employment, the Labor Office, integration social enterprise, trade unions, collective bargaining, employer insolvency, labor inspection, and further regulations governing the status of Ukrainian citizens. The text reflects a number of recent and upcoming changes to the Employment Act; the law on integration social enterprises has been newly included. All amended passages of the regulations are highlighted in bold.
