Description
The publication contains a set of regulations governing the practice of certain legal professions and courts. From April 2025, the Advocacy Act (escrow) will undergo significant changes, and the attorney's tariff changed in January. Changes also occurred in the Act on Courts and Judges, and in the Act on Proceedings in Matters of Judges, State Prosecutors, and Court Executors (79 changes); amendments were made to the compensation for the role of lay judges. Minor changes occurred in the Notarial Code (escrow book), in the decree on the rules of procedure for district and regional courts, and in the decree on the remuneration and compensation of notaries and estate administrators. References to related regulations are fully cited; all changes are highlighted in bold.
