Description
This publication contains the complete wording of the Public Procurement Act following the amendment effective from 3 April 2025, including all implementing regulations. The amendment introduces 29 changes, including an increased limit for small-scale contracts. It also includes the amended Contracts Register Act, the Foreign Investment Screening Act, the Act Regulating Certain Relations in the Area of Public Support, the Competition Protection Act and other legislation. The current wording of all relevant government regulations and decrees is included, together with an updated index to the Public Procurement Act. The latest changes to all regulations are marked in bold, and references to related legislation are given in full. The contents are in Czech.
