Description
The publication contains 40 legal regulations divided into four chapters: social security contributions, sickness insurance, pension insurance, organization and implementation of social security. As of January 2025, all laws have undergone changes; the most significant changes occurred in the sickness insurance law (210 amendments and additions), in the pension insurance law (47 amendments), and in the contributions law (43 amendments). All changes are highlighted in bold in the text; references to related regulations are fully cited. Some implementing regulations have also been amended. Regulations on pension savings and supplementary insurance are part of the ÚZ Pension Savings.
