Since the last edition, there have been changes to most of the key regulations – as of April 1, 2024, a completely new law on liability insurance for vehicle operation and its implementing decree came into effect; in connection with this, the law on insurance and the relevant provisions of the Civil Code were also amended (the Civil Code contains general rules on insurance and various types of insurance – liability, life, health, illness, accident, damage, legal protection, and others).
