ÚZ 1535 Energetický zákon, podpora v době krize, podporované zdroje energie, hospodaření energií (2023)

In connection with the energy crisis, extensive changes have occurred in a number of legal regulations in the field of energy. The Energy Act has fundamentally changed (including the simplification of conditions for the installation and operation of electricity generation from renewable sources), the Act on Supported Energy Sources, and the Act on Energy Management. A series of regulations has also been adopted to support households, businesses, and other consumers during the energy crisis, all of which are included in the publication. In addition to the laws, there are also texts of the most commonly used decrees and government regulations; other decrees and regulations are available for free at www.ene.sagit.cz. The latest changes to all regulations are marked in bold, and references to related regulations are fully cited.
