Since May 2022, there have been significant changes to the insurance law and the law on the distribution of insurance and reinsurance. The publication also includes relevant sections of the Civil Code (general rules of insurance and individual types of insurance – liability, life, health, illness, accident, damage, legal protection, and others) and the current wording of the law on liability insurance for vehicle operation; all implementing regulations related to the laws are also included. Changes are highlighted in bold, and references to related regulations are fully cited.
