Description
This spectacular fantasy series, which began with The Jackal of Nar, moves towards its gripping conclusion. Three sworn enemies now prepare to join forces and form a daring resistance against a threat that could destroy the world. Biagio, emperor of Naru, known from the past as a madman and brutal murderer, is watching his rule collapse. His people hate him, and he has neither the army nor the naval fleet on his side. Two of his subjects, Elrad Leth, governor of Aramoor, and the Talisantian king Tassis Gayle, intend to exploit the situation and are secretly gathering an army to seize the throne. Biagio’s only way to remain in power without plunging all of Nar into a bloody war is to make peace with those who hate him most. The cunning Biagio, still the same brilliant and unpredictable strategist, resorts to an utterly desperate plan. The contents are in Czech.
