Místa zrychleného tepu - Tipy na cesty za skrytou krásou – Dvořák Otomar (2018)

Experienced travelers and writers Otomar Dvořák and Josef Pepson Snětivý have fulfilled their promise in the book Places of Accelerated Pulse to uncover especially that "hidden beauty." Sometimes it is not very visible because it lies in the shadow of a much more renowned monument or attraction. Other times, it is simply because we have to search for it underground. And still other times, unfortunately (and for now!), we are left with only scant remnants that we could easily overlook. They themselves say: "Such places, in our opinion, deserve attention – not only because they have not yet been given any; but mainly because they are beautiful and exceptional. The second criterion for selection was our subjective feeling that we were in a location that particularly affected us. Whether through its picturesque nature, or something we cannot find elsewhere, or sometimes its unique character… and sometimes even the dark sides of the local historical events. Our pulse quickened noticeably.
