O lásku dál - CD – Bohdanová Alžběta (2017)

The debut album of singer Alžběta Bohdanová, O lásku dál, was created in a workshop of leading musicians over three years of collaboration. The music was composed by composer and guitarist VRATISLAV ZOCHR, who also arranged the CD, while three tracks were composed by musician JAN JIRÁŇ from the Prague Ypsilonka. The lyrics for all the songs were written by writer ZUZANA MALÉŘOVÁ. The album also features pianist Jan Dobiáš, drummer Jakub Tengler, double bassist Tomáš Liška, and others. The duet that gives the album its title, O lásku dál, is sung by Alžběta Bohdanová and MARTINA RANDOVÁ, an actress and singer from the Divadlo Na Fidlovačce. Alžběta Bohdanová is characterized by her unique vocal timbre, strong interpretation, and ability to convey emotions, deep experiences, and joyful, sparkling moods to the listener. She works excellently with the Czech language, allowing her to express striking poetic lyrics, while her musicality and temperament bring pure joy from music and singing. Some songs from the CD have already been aired in demo versions on Czech Radio and Czech Television, quickly winning the favor of listeners (Za hloubkou vzpomínek, Tvé oči na mýma).
