The authors of the collective monograph have long been engaged in various perspectives on social pathology. They have now come together to discuss the potential threats posed by socially pathological phenomena to the target group of educators. Teachers in contemporary society are under significant pressure and expectations from both the educational system and parents, and often from the children themselves. However, their educational journey is frequently directed primarily towards the development of professional rather than social competencies and ways of addressing problematic behavior they encounter, as well as the conflicts they often find themselves in. The ambition of the presented monograph is to analyze the issue of social pathology from the depths of its essence, to seek the causes and relationships of phenomena, and to focus on certain specifics concerning the threats faced by teachers.
