Two years have passed since the attack on the rocket base at Silph. Red receives a letter with a challenge from a member of the Elite Four, Bruno. Shortly after he sets out to find him, however, he disappears without a trace, and only the injured Pika returns home. A mysterious boy named Yellow appears, determined to help Red find Pika, but a new strong threat is beginning to loom on the horizon...
