Description
Eleven criminal cases of the second free continuation bring closer events known thanks to detectives, investigators, and the police themselves, but also those that are less known in the media, yet equally serious in their social impact. In some of them, the author participated as a regular criminal investigator, later also as a superior in a higher position. In reflecting on the past, there are also memories of Jiří Markovič, Jaroslav Slepička, and others, some of whom became his friends and unforgettable colleagues. He also remembers other colleagues, certainly including a number of significant and good detectives, including police officers, whose contributions helped clarify some of the well-known cases. Many were not resolved, and those still weigh on the minds of those who were involved or worked on them. This particularly concerns the period of the so-called 'nineties' of the last century, when criminal activity thrived.
