Description
The ninth standalone story in this series titled In Bad Company is investigated by Inspector Thomas Andreasson and lawyer Nora Linde. Young mother Mina lives in constant fear. For several years, she has been tormented by her husband Andreis, whom she married out of great love years ago. However, over time, his behavior began to change. Andreis is marked by the war events in Bosnia, from where he fled as a young boy with his mother and younger brother under horrific circumstances. He is extraordinarily capable and enterprising, but to achieve his goals and gain wealth, he does not hesitate to use any means. After the last brutal attack, Mina decides to leave him with their small child and testify against him in court. With the help of the police and the prosecutor, she then hides in an unknown location. But there is no hiding from a man as powerful and ruthless as Andreis. He wants to get Mina back at all costs and is prepared to crush anyone who stands in his way. He does not hesitate to use violence, resulting in the deaths of several of her loved ones...
