Description
The historical twists and turns of the second half of the 20th century have left perhaps surprisingly diverse marks on the face of the Moravian metropolis. Traces of socialism can be found in the housing estates of Brno's suburbs, the Continental Hotel is a shining example of Brussels style, and the brutalist building of Ingstav in Štýřice has been labeled one of the most successful Czech architectural realizations.
