Governance v kontextu globalizované ekonomiky a společnosti – group of authors (2011)

The book is a comprehensive analysis of the concept of governance as a necessary prerequisite for various forms of government, defining fundamental transformations that influence economic and political processes occurring in the world and creating an unbalanced system, the management of which requires new, complex responses from governance actors. Its aim is to enable quality and informed awareness among various governance actors, thus ensuring the timeliness and correctness of their responses to the current challenges of the global economy. The concluding section provides an assessment of the not always successful governance in the Czech Republic and recommends specific measures that would strengthen long-term sustainable competitiveness and overall social development. The book is supplemented by an extensive bibliography necessary for further study.
