The aim of the book "Mock Entrance Exams in Czech Language and Literature for 9th Grade Elementary School Students" is to assist candidates in preparing for the unified entrance exam. Working with the book will allow students not only to verify their mastery of the required curriculum but also to practice the procedures leading to success in the exam. The book includes: • basic information about the unified entrance exam, examples of answer sheets, and recommended procedures for working with the practice didactic test, • ten practice didactic tests for the unified entrance exam developed according to the Specification of Requirements for the Unified Entrance Exam in the admission process to secondary schools in fields of education with a high school diploma, • an answer key with correct answers, task scoring, and the possibility of self-assessment for each test, • a record sheet (both blank and filled) for the first test, • a unique code allowing access to the data repository. The data repository contains: • ten record sheets for the tests from the book, • six bonus didactic tests published by the publishing house in previous years, including record sheets, keys, and commented solutions.
