Description
The Aventura concept takes into account the requirements of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, combining a modern approach to language teaching with an approach that meets the needs and demands of Czech students. Each part consists of 10 lessons and corresponds to the curriculum for one school year with a three-hour weekly allocation. The lessons feature supportive boxes that briefly introduce new vocabulary or grammatical phenomena, into which students fill in entries or rules with the help of the text. Each lesson consists of closed double pages, each designed as an independent teaching unit, which helps motivate students and aids teachers in lesson planning. The lesson concludes with a double page dedicated to realities, a comic summarizing the discussed phenomena, a Czech-Spanish grammar overview, and thematically organized vocabulary. The audio CD with listening texts in MP3 format is no longer included in the new edition of the textbook. It is available for free download at www.klett.cz (in the methodological materials).
