Evropa - Školní atlas pro základní školy a víceletá gymnázia (2020)

The atlas is part of a comprehensive series of geographical atlases of the world, continents, and the Czech Republic. It presents Europe from various perspectives – nature and its protection, population, economy, and history. The 2020 edition builds on the previous successful editions of the atlas from 2006, 2014, and 2017. At the same time, it comes with a number of updates to thematic maps of population, history, economy, and new photographs. Europe is gradually presented on the maps from all important angles: nature and its protection, population, history, economy, and tourism. Detailed general geographical maps of individual areas of Europe are provided at scales of 1:4,000,000 or 1:5,000,000 (eastern part 1:10,000,000). Similarly detailed are the administrative maps of individual countries. The atlas is supplemented with a photographic appendix illustrating various parts of the continent and laminated maps for practicing the material. The atlas is approved as a textbook by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
