Afrika, Austrálie, Oceánie, Antarktida - Školní atlas (2020)

This Czech-language school atlas is designed for geography lessons in primary schools and multi-year grammar schools. It complements the School Atlas of the World by expanding its coverage and presenting selected features and characteristics of the continents on more detailed maps. Africa, Australia, Oceania and Antarctica are shown through maps covering their physical geography, population, history and economy. The atlas includes exercise pages for enjoyable practice, including activities in which students create their own maps, label important names and terms, and answer questions prepared by teachers or themselves. A photographic supplement, “Photo Trips,” documents the landscapes, nature and everyday life of the continents. It also contains a clear physical and political map of Africa, a detailed general-geographical map of Australia, Oceania and Antarctica, thematic maps of the natural environment, population and economy, a list of countries, geographical records, a photo section and an index.
