Olomouc - Historické centrum/Kreslený plán města (2015)

A drawn plan of the historical center of the Moravian metropolis, Olomouc, begins a new series of maps from our publishing house – illustrated plans of historical cities and towns. It is not actually a map in the classical sense of the word, but a practical pocket guide to Olomouc and its monuments. We will introduce you to all the most significant monuments of the city, from St. Wenceslas Cathedral, St. Maurice Church, extraordinary fountains, to the Holy Trinity Column, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Interesting and engaging texts are beautifully illustrated with drawings by architect Staněk, who is also the author of the drawn plan, along with many photographs or period reproductions.
